Beware of scammers posing as UOBVM staff on social media with fake investment products. Never share banking details like OTPs, card info, or PINs, as they can lead to unauthorised transactions. Contact our dedicated 24/7 Fraud Hotline +65 6255 0160 if unsure.

We have been alerted to scam attempts involving individuals or groups impersonating UOB Venture Management (“UOBVM”) and our employees on social media. These scammers promote fake investment products and attempt to lure potential victims into joining WhatsApp groups, other communication channels and messaging platforms. Their goal is to deceive individuals into revealing personal or internet banking credentials.

Please be aware that sharing sensitive information such as debit or credit card details, OTPs, or ATM PINs can potentially lead to unauthorized transactions, including ATM withdrawals.

UOBVM has no affiliation with these individuals or groups. Our products are exclusively available to accredited and institutional investors and are not intended for retail investors. We take such fraudulent activities very seriously and do not tolerate any misuse of our name.

If you suspect that you have been scammed, please file a police report immediately and contact our dedicated 24/7 Fraud Hotline at +65 6255 0160. Follow the voice prompts carefully to activate our emergency self-service Kill Switch, which will disable access to your UOB Personal Internet Banking, UOB TMRW app, Credit/Debit Cards, or all of the above.
