Ms. Yee Foong Leng
Associate Director Finance and Administration

Foong Leng has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting, financial, Information Technology and company secretary matters, mainly in the service industry such as resale trade, retail and investment. She has been with UOBVM since 2008 and she oversees the finance and administrative operations as well as risk management/assessment, compliance and regulatory reporting.

Prior to joining UOBVM, Foong Leng spent 7 years in The Esplanade Co. Ltd; and was involved in the pre-opening set-up of the Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay, which included defining policies and procedures and evaluation cum implementation of accounting and retail systems. She was with Times Publishing Limited for 3 years and assisted in the development and implementation of the retail system for Times, the Bookshop.

She is currently pursuing the MBA for Finance Managers and Finance Professionals from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. She has the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification and is currently a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is conversant in Chinese and Cantonese.
