Fang Jing has over 6 years of experience in private equity investments and has been with UOBVM since 2005. As Investment Director, she is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and deal execution in China, monitoring of portfolio companies and divestment activities.

Prior to joining UOBVM, Fang Jing worked for the investment banking department of various securities firms in China, responsible for providing state-owned enterprises and private companies in China with services of M&A, IPO and financial consultancy.

She holds a Master of Economics from Shanghai Finance & Economics University and a Bachelor of Economics from East China Normal University. She is conversant in Chinese.
