Clarissa has over 8 years of experience in private equity investments and has been with UOBVM since 2003. As Associate Director, she is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and deal execution. She is also involved in monitoring and divestment of existing portfolio companies.

She started her career with General Electric Company (“GE”) in its Financial Management Program (“FMP”). During her three years with GE, she took on roles in project finance/capital markets, operational finance and business development with various GE businesses, and was partially based in Australia, Thailand and Korea.

Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. She is conversant in Chinese.
